Matrix Budget

Seamless global budgeting for people who earn, spend and save in more than one currency. Built for expats, aircrew, digital nomads and anyone living across borders.

What it does

One ledger, any number of currencies, and figures that always add up to each other.

Multi-currency, properly

Every account, card, loan and category can hold its own currency. Totals are shown in the base currency you choose, and the rate is locked at the moment you enter a transaction — so changing a rate later never rewrites your history.

Budget

Set a cap per category and a target per income source, add savings goals with a set-aside each cycle, and see what is genuinely left to spend once those goals are taken off. A savings assistant reads your own figures and says where the money went.

Expenses

Enter income, expenses, transfers and card payments in one place. Cash sent to a card or a loan is shown separately as money moved, because paying a card down is not spending — counting it twice is the commonest way a budget stops adding up.

Consolidation

Import the bank or card’s own statement, run a month-end audit, and reconcile every balance against what the ledger says moved. Ask your ledger answers questions across any date range, with include and exclude filters.

Automatic capture

Bank SMS and the notifications your banking and mail apps post are read on the device and turned into transactions for you to confirm. Anything it does not recognise is kept so you can teach it — and that bank is recognised from then on.

Your money stays yours

Everything is analysed and stored on the phone. Back up to any cloud folder you choose, share a backup in one tap, or export to Excel or PDF. App lock with fingerprint or face unlock on the installed app.
